At CommSec (CBA) and Optus, I have secured $10M+ in C-suite funding, renegotiated strategic Adobe partnerships, reduced $8.5M in licence waste, and accelerated customer acquisition journeys by 25% — operating across the full Adobe stack: AEM, AEP, RTCDP, Target, Analytics, Campaign, and AJO.

Before that, as Adobe's APAC Field Services Delivery Lead, I built the region's practice from zero — writing the delivery playbook, managing enterprise accounts across financial services, telco, and retail, and embedding within sales cycles to drive upsell and retention.
